Started a "Biggest Loser" competition today with 8 others on the unit. Winner I was determined by percentage of body weight lossed. Competition will last for 90 days. Winner takes home $400.00. 2nd place gets $50.00. Buy in is $50.00/person. Need to work on eating smaller portions, consuming less calories, & working out at least an hour per day for at lwast 5 days of the week.
