Hi there havent been journaling much cos ive been answering and logging in on the 50lb challenge.
Eating has calmed down - now under control. Was not good for about a week there and got very annoyed with myself, this is where i have lost it completely before and given up. So all in all im quite pleased to have got myself back on track. I think ive finally got the mindset that this is a long term, way of life thing not just a quick fix.
