I managed to wake up earlier. Yay! I don't think I'm going to go the "Insanity" route until I am in a bit better shape. My low back groans just thinking about some of those exercises. I guess I'm going to try Yoga for Weight Loss, maybe play on Wii Fit.

I did manage to drink all of my water yesterday. I will do so again today. (Amazing how hunger is subsided when you have drank the appropriate amount of water.) Hoping to see a reflection on the scale soon. These plateaus suck, especially when your next goal is looming on the horizon. It's not like my next goal is some miscellaneous date in the future. I have a ball to go to and I want to look great, or at least better than I have been.
