I am really wanting to get in shape. I have a gym across the street and have no excuses. I want to eat healthier and tone my body. I need to do this for me and no one else. I see the people around me who can lose weight and think I can do that!!! I can get my butt out of bed and off the couch and spend at least 30 in in the gym or at least do 100 crunches.
