Yes and no. If FS ever got around to allowing me to share that'd be great.
The basic prep is:
PEEL the jicama (the skin is poisonous)
Cut it down into matchsticks
Bring a pot of water to a boil
Add salt (to taste) and jicama
Boil at a rolling boil for 10-20 minutes (until soft)
remove from water
season with salt, pepper, garlic, etc and oil
25 mins at 400F in the air fryer
