Struggling with hunger issues. Ate to small bags of peanuts and a to medium size cookies along with my lunch and breatkfast.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Instead of peanuts, try raw almonds. I have found that raw almonds help control my hunger better than peanuts, and are often lower in sodium.
