Good Morning Everyone

I didnt get a chance to get online yesterday.
But this morning, I weighed myself, and I am an even 200 lbs. This means that this week I am going to get under 200!
my next goal will go by the tens.
I cant wait til i see about 180. That will be good news to me!
I had a very rough weekend...
On saturday I hurt my left leg. I'm not exactly sure how I did it... maybe simply working it too hard. It feels like a pulled muscle.
Anyways, on sunday, I tried to walk, even just a little, but I couldnt. Yesterday, I did absolutely nothing. I figured I may as well not hurt myself even more, and give it some rest.
But being limited like this is very frustrating.
I couldnt exercise yesterday, so i was grumpy and moody, and felt like eating a lot of things I shouldn't. And it was all there just staring me in the face...
My mom had reeses peanutbutter cups, Hershey's minis [with mr. good bars in there], nutterbutter cookies, ben & jerry's ice cream, birthday cake ice cream, chips, lasanga, and garlic bread all around me all night.
But, for dinner, i ended up having a greek salad and a bread stick.
And i didnt eat any of the junk food my family was eating!

I am really glad i have will power, or just some crazy force in me that stops me from binging on all this junk food on hand.

I feel better today. My leg doesnt hurt as much. I might stay off of it, but still do some upper body exercises just to keep everything in check.

feelin' pretty good today.

WOW you've lost all this weight, resisted the snacks, you are doing great. Hope the leg gets better.
