Resolution update: I managed to turn on the light this morning in a feeble attempt to get up and exercise. I only closed my eyes for a moment, thinking I would get some coffee, get dressed, and watch the video again, but my moment was two hours. Felt good to sleep, but I failed to get up and exercise.
So, since I failed that goal, I have a new goal for today. I really need to start getting more water in my diet. So, 16 oz. glass of water at each meal and each snack. Unfortunately, I have to run errands. Sure hope the need to pee hits at home only.
