GigiP's Journal, 07 January 2013

Busy, busy Monday. I am working my plan. Loving that the days are starting to get longer -- maybe another few weeks and I'll actually get home and be able to walk the dog -- at least a short walk, in daylight.

Brought lunch -- tuna salad. Planning to make eggs and spinach for supper -- simple. That is my theme for re-induction -- keep it simple :)

There you go again - working that plan! And I fully agree with your menu - simple is better. I think too much variety temps overeating.

I definitely need a dog to get me walking again. Only problem are the 2 cats that would drive the poor dog insane. Simple is smart. I have a tendency to cook too many things. Speaking of cooking I made the Crack Slaw again last night. It was perfect after IF ing during the day. I even added it as a recipe (giving you Kudo's) so I could track it. Really yummy stuff. I used 85% ground beef and probably should change that but I like grass fed and the 85% is a better price. Not sure about the PUSF's though. Hope your day is special and healthy!
