This weekend was horrible. I didn't plan what I was going to eat and fell off plan. Today I have been on track, low carb, and drinking lots of water. I'm planning my meals for the week so there are no more surprises and no more slip ups. I feel much better now that I'm back on track. Now if I could only find the energy to get to the gym :(
