I'm discovering things about my snacks.
They are the major source of my extra calories.
My meals are very reasonable.
One discovery I made was that in spite of dates being fruit, they have much more calories than even chocolate.
Same goes for tahini vs. yogurt
167.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
