2 days until weigh in and I must plan the things I must accomplish before then. I'm doing good on the diet portion. Not so good on the exercise but better than last week. My pre weigh in plan is to review the things every overweight person does. I will be trimming my hair, shaving my legs, plucking my eyebrows, exfoliating and taking off my nail polish. As an added bonus to increase my chance of success I donated blood yesterday. OK that was just a coincidence and since they now make you drink a 20 ouce bottle of water right before donate you leave weighing more, or about the same, as when you walked in. As I had just drank 24 ounces 5 minutes before WALKING to the church (normally drive the 2 blocks) I was extremely glad I am a fast bleeder. They thought I was joking about setting up in the bathroom. Fortunately no humilition occured. Today is graduation and all the receptions that go with it, so this will be a good test to see how strong I am. It's easy to feel confident about not eating at 5 in the morning, but I think if I have a snack before leaving I'll be fine.
