Well after the disaster of my diet las year I have decided that I will no long follow any particular diet but will choose to eat consciously whenever I can, cut down on meal size, sit at the table to eat my main meals and eat healthier. I do realise its going to be hard but will no longer kid myself, I may not be able to exercise but nor will I use it as an excuse. Here I go again. :)
