I can do this! Just started weight watchers pointsplus and I am down 2.5lbs from morning weight on Jan. 2, 2013. I am eating way more fruits and veggies and although I have a sweet tooth, I feel empowered to stay on track and get moving...liposuction for abdomen is still on for my post weight loss, so here is my incentive.
