Yea!,, actually got a pretty good nights sleep! Maybe the yoga? Maybe the cats decided to take pity on me and behave them selves. Usually i am awakened trying to fight for the same warm space in the bed...
Did 1.5 hrs in the pool...only 7 of us today...too cold to get out but i did it!
Hair trim this afternoon...can it get any shorter?
It got shorter!!
Jen came for dinner...S&L going to the Clarkes to help celebrate Brodys 1st birthday.
No wine tonight...feeling pretty good...hope to be down at least 1 lb in the am.
