Today is day 4, I've been good about sticking to the diet so far. I've been having crazy vivid dreams the last two nights. Forgot this happens during inductions. Because of it I'm not sleeping too well and am pretty tired. Picked up some sugar free rockstar last night so hopefully that will help.

Made plans to go to sushi tomorrow before I decided to go back to phase 1. It's ok though. I will not get maki and get sashimi or tuna tataki or something low carb-ish. I can do it! haha

I never actually logged my food during dieting and I'm not going to lie, it's kinda confusing me. According to my food log I'm going over on carbs but I'm eating the right foods so I don't know why! I lost weight last time doing this exact thing so I think I'll just stick to what I'm doing. If someone can explain this it would be appreciated though!

Probably won't be on much this weekend.. I tend to try to avoid anything computer related on the weekends due to the fact I have to stare at a computer 40+ hours a week for work. I will try to remember to do a weigh in and maybe measurements this weekend. I keep forgetting to do it in the mornings.

Michelle I am so glad that I read your journal...maybe that is why the last two nights I have had such crazy dreams!!! Like you I am give out. There are some foods in the food log that do not have the correct information. For instance, I had to enter my mayonnaise because the mayonnaise that was in the data base had carbs in it and the same with mustard.

Hmm ya, maybe I will enter my brands so I know the information is correct. I really like the barcode scanner feature in the app.. so much easier than entering it all in!
