I woke up feeling great this morning I,m really tempted to get on the scale but I dont want to discourage my self I guess I will wait patiently until next tuesday... Abt to do some excercises.. my biggest weight is in my stomach so I youtube some stomach excercises on youtube an the six pack abs is a killer but I truly think It will get me on my way so next tuesday I will let u guys know the results...
