Hi I,m Montee my highest weigh has been 285 i,m now 280 I have heard of this diet called HCG an I have started it but instead of doing a 500 diet I,m doing a 650.... no starch or sugar or sodas or juices... strickly water when i do have taste for flavor I get the sugar free packs an put in my water an thats every now an then I dont want to make it a habit using them.....I've been putting my weight off for to long an now I HAVE Found out i,m a diabetic an tht is scarey for me. I have lost a brother for the same reasons... I have a son an I wants to live for him tht is my motivation... Its hard very hard trying to eat right especially when u been eating wht u want for 33 yrs... I will weigh in every other tuesday to keep u all up todate on my weigh lost... Looking through this site has become very helpful with the recipes... My weight comes from eating late at night an having kids... I never tried to get rid of the weight but now I am so I started 1/1/12 so here goes....

I know some of u will say thts not enough of intake but wht I eat has plenty of protein... fish shrimp bake chicken etc....I dont go by the hcg diet they give...I figure I WILL EAT MORE PROTEIN it helps with the hunger feeling
