I started paleo yesterday for me it's hard because I don't know how a lot of vegatables taste but I know I don't like tomatoes,lettuce cucumbers and onions. But I am going to try some sweet potatoes and different kinds of squash. I don't know what other people are doing but I was reading about another form of the diet that allows you to eat white potatoes and some dairy products. If anything I would maybe add potatos to my food list because it's hard to find things to eat for breakfast. Every time I see breakfast ideas they include eggs eggs eggs. But my problem is I am allergic to eggs. So I can't eat them. So I will keep looking for new food ideas.

Think outside the box for breakfast. Make a protein shake. Sometimes I will have a hamburger for breakfast. Vegetables taste differently depending on how you cook them and the spices used. I love my George Forman grill because you can slice up squash and other vegetables, add spices and grill them with no fat or a little olive oil. Lettuce cups are so good too. You can make so many different kinds and add in veggies.
