Tuesday Jan. 1, 2013 Did intervals on the stair machine. Went from level 3 & 4 to levels 6 &7. The last two intervals were done at level 7 & 8. Avg level for 50 minutes was 5, avg. steps per minute 69. Calories burnt in 50 min. 725. that is a record for me on the steps.
