How ironic that I didn't lose anything last week and I didn't really cheat and this week my diet was all over the place and I lost. Make me wonder if I'm not eating enough calories.
263.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 103.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

that could be it.. b/c the weeks that my food intake is lower the loss is much less... especially if u are trying to get active... maybe eating more healthy snacks and eating more often might give you the same results? good luck!
