Well, here i am again on 1/1/...still fat as ever. Have illimated from my entire diet: 1. All things sugar...all white stuff 2. All grains including rice...gluten 3. Legumes 4. Soy and everthing it may be in 5. Whey and everything it may be in 6. Eggs and everything they may be in 7. Dairy and everything it"s in 8. Pink slime 9. Illimated all oils except for nut oils...avacado, walnut, coconut and evo 10. High glosmic fruits and veggies
One would think what else is left! Protien, leaffy greens, brocolli, brussel sprouts, cabbage...all things salad, This sounds healthy...so why am I still fat?
I am older...have a bad back which limits the amount of movement...BUT, I do water aerobics 3times weekly for 60 minutes each day...walk aprox 30 minutes daily, housework 4-5 times weekly, lots of cooking, laundry, etc... So why?
