woke up 8:30
went to bed 10:30
insomnia 2:30 - 4:30

I'm keeping track of sleeping to see if any relation to food and exercise.

Great news from dr my bone density is much much higher now than this time two years ago. It is in a very healthy range now. Dr. said, " I don't know what you are doing but keep it up." Qi gong every day!
