For the past 2 weeks I have been extremely careless with my eating. I am just glad the weight gain has not skyrocketed as I expected it to. I am back on track now. I went to the Gym for an hour yesterday & this morning and we walked last night.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
