Good Morning ALL. Dinner was to die for last night...cedar plank salmon! 8oz with mixed veggies and squash (small garlic scone). Weigh in today, after the morning poo!
Church and a walk to the outdoor sports store. I need more backpacking and hiking gear! Maybe some wool socks.
