I'm sorry to see what a tough year you had! Just give time, time. I know how those pain pills can be, it's horrible! I've been off a month now, after being on them for 11 months. I'm so afraid i'm gonna do something and hurt my back again! So far so good! I feel better than I have in a year! I could not believe how long it took to get better! i thought I was going to be in pain or on pain pills for the rest of my life, oh, and the depression that comes with it! Everyone kept telling me to give it time(which really irritated me!)There is light at the end of the tunnel, you've just got to keep looking for it! Hang in there!
