i cant believe I lost that much, on flex i was maybe dropping 1 lb here and there, i am staying core even though I feel like eating comfort food, realizing the fat and crap in a taco just made me realize that just because there is chaos and tragedy I have to keep it together. I quit smoking and biting my fingernails after so many years so I know I can do this. 4 lbs was never a goal for my week but I am so happy about about it
