Exercising every day except Friday and sometimes I skip a Sunday. Eating right. Slipped a bit over the holidays and had some bread and some pie, but on a mission to lose another 10 - 15 pounds by my birthday end of March.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
