mm yes... i went off the diet for one week. i dont know if you read in my profile info thingy but ive had a lot of problems with eating disorders. ok so i starved myself for a few days and then completely snapped and binged on e v e r y t h i n g. that week i weighed in and had gained 11.8 pounds. everyone was like... thats not even possible, honey- it must be a mistake. but i knew it wasnt.
the thing is, when you dont want to go to a meeting or weight in, thats when you need to do it the most. 11.8 allowed me to put a face to the problem, so i could see the reality. i lost some weight last weigh in, but i still havent lost all the 11.8
the walk sounds like an EXCELLENT idea. dont be too worried about this week. maybe it will help you re-committ and focus. itll remind you of how you feel when you go off your diet. itll show you that its not worth it.
