Ok, I really have to get refocused. Losing my momentum for some reason. I have to be on track and ready for this weekend. I know there will be lots of temptations, and right now the temptations are winning. Ctlss I will be studying your diet history if you don't mind. I am going to try to focus on total carbs, not net carbs. Am expecting a gain when I weigh on Sunday, but hopefully I can curb some of that between now and then. I know I have come so far, I can't turn back now.

ALee, I think the weekends pose a significant problem for a lot of us. Remind yourself often about how far you have already come and where you are going. Don't think for a second that it is easy for any of us. Take it one day at a time and you can do this. And never forget that we are all there with you.
