I had a couple chocolates with black coffee yesterday. I shared the little bag with my work mates. One bag of those chocolates is worth the calorie value of an entire meal. So with that considered, I compare which is better for my body and which I would truly enjoy most. The chocolate loses.
I hope you don't think I eat candy all the time, because I don't. I have maybe a square of a candy bar shared with my work-mates once a week with a cup of black coffee.
Try not to skip to get ahead, in the long-run it hurts the chances of being healthy and shedding weight. You can do it! You're worth it!
