I've not followed my plan well at all lately; today the app shows me 4061 Calories, which is way over target. Still, I guess I can't expect to stick too closely to any kind of diet when I'm staying with parents and don't get to choose what's on the table; and eating too much is probably less of a problem than too little.

The weird thing is, I'm still hungry. What kind of things can I eat to try to prevent that?
