No nuts, beans or rice. Using steamed sweet potatoes and old fashioned oatmeal for most of my daily calories.

I also have added a daily 5pz can of chunk white tuna because beans and nuts cause me to retain significant amounts of water weight.
218.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
