I am at work right now. I hate being at work bc its an office job and i just sit here on my ass all day! IM EXCITED TO GET UP GET MOVING AND LOSE WEIGHT!

I have an office job myself. I started walking on my first and last break. It keeps me away from snacking and gets me moving. I'm doing 10,000 steps a day. So far I've done that for almost 2 weeks now!

I feel the same way too! Some days I feel like leaving early and just go the gym. LOL! :)
