3 lb loss. I thought I had lost control of this beast! All good today!
I have plans, and motivation.

And I did not really eat very well yesterday. Close to RDI + PB & Banana Sandwich.

I think last weeks, drink, ride, indulge did not work out very well. I will stick to ride 1st, and indulge later.

My new riding partner is getting all motivated and chatty about our Friday long rides. It is cool because he has the motivation I had last summer, so it will kick me up a notch again too. The weather looks good for Friday AM too.

Looking forward to the holidays, and keeping on track "as best I can". Thats all we can do right?

It's great to see you've got a buddy to kick you in gear. Motivation is definitely contageous, so use it to your advantage! :) Nice going on the 3 lbs!
