I need to keep motivated. I want and need to lose weight. I am in it for the long haul. I want my body to start acting the way I want it to. I am tired of taking BP pills. I am going to do this!!!
255.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
