Why do I always try to diet during the holidays? Impossible. :-/
188.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Weight Watchers  


It's not impossible, just difficult. It takes a lot of motivation. You might be better just trying to maintain your current weight. Get lot's of activity in to counteract the food. Get plenty of protein to fill you up. Take the foods you only get once or twice a year and don't touch the foods you have often. Only fill your plate once. Good luck!
