Oh boy, I am creeping up! Bad, bad food day yesterday but I guess it was because I didn't feel hungry so skipped lunch, then after work it was busy, so there was no time for making supper and it wasn't proper....so snacking on the wrong stuff it became. Today I will try again, however the staff party is tonight so probably won't be that easy. On the weekend, however, I will get back to my healthier choices!
