So yesterday i went to yoga class and we had a different teacher adn I think she was too rough on us.. I go to better backs yoga cause I have a bad back.. and now my back is killing me.. I went to the dr today and had xrays taken just incase if there is something wrong with the bones.. (doubtful. my back is just weak) anyway I am hoping that they will find nothing wrong with the bones and and set me up with a PT who will outline exercises that I can do to make things better. I just want to be better and done with my back being so fragile.
