Today is going to be a tuff day. Today is my daughters birthday and there is cupcakes sitting on the counter oh how I wish I could just eat one but I dont want to I want to stay on track and drop another 10 pounds cause once I have that down I get a nice new corset that I really want but the smell of these cupcakes are killing me.. What to do what to do!!!!!

Walk away from the cupcakes! lol lol lol.. If you do decide to have 1 - limit yourself to the one and walk away! Be strong and just stay away from them! ;) I know it's hard.. I struggle with cooking for the family and not being able to eat or taste.. I have learned how to ignore the temptation.. (Well I did cheat for Thanksgiving)... Try your hardest not to give in and if you do... Don't beat yourself up over it P.S. Maybe you can look at the cupcake and view it as a corset - DON'T EAT IT! ;)
