My weight has been going up steadily because I have been off plan both in my exercise and diet. I don't want to wait for the new year to make a resolution. I want to start tomorrow , 13th of December,2012. I need lose (36kg)80pounds in 6 months and I intend to do it in the following ways
1. 1hr walk daily -6 days a week. Sunday is a day of rest.
2. No eating after 6pm
3. Low carbs- no calorie counting
4. No peanuts- these are my danger foods, a little is never enough
5. 1 healthy cooked meal a day
6. Lots of fruits and vegetables
7. No sodas,malts,juices, etc
8. Rewards for every 6kg lost
9. 2 litres of water min daily
10.Daily breakfast

Dec 31st......-6kg........114
Jan 31st......-6kg........108
Feb 28th......-6kg........102
Mar 31st......-6kg.........96
Apr 30th......-6kg.........90
