Day 10, So I am trying to write all my wrong doings. I know I have been bad with my diet. I am trying to stay good. I had 90 oz of water at work along with an apple and 3 pieces of gum. When I got home I had a chocolate low 60 calorie rice cake with some special K sour cream and onion chips. Yum, nice and healthy. I am trying hard not to cheat.
