Oh I'm so happy I'm so close now to saying goodbye to the 180 range. 170's here I come. I so needed this have had a stressful couple of days, made my day getting on the scales this morning
180.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
