So I'm on track, have a steady decline, I have a few days of my weight staying the same that's fine. I have till January 4th to meet my first mini goal of 173 pounds so I'm only 7 pounds away as long as I keep doing what I'm doing I know I can do this
180.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
