Actually cheated badly on 2 dinners this week, and skipped some meals. I need to get back in the groove this week & do better! Dropped my goal weight by 5 lbs today. I CAN DO IT!!!!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
