Forgot to weigh in yesterday due to a double shift at work. Also spaced this morning so I won't record my weigh in as I've been eating and drinking already. I'm baking a cake for my birthday that I'm totally not going to be able to eat... My self-control is not under control yet. I still need to go shopping for veggies and fruits to snack on so that I don't stress eat or bored eat junky, high fat, high cal foods. I'm still sore from my workouts TWO days ago and though I want to keep going I find ways to get in my way. True, writing term papers and studying for finals are important, but I still feel like I'm not getting enough of that done to make it a viable excuse for not working out. I'm going to try the 600 cal max twice a week... Tomorrow, I'm going to try. My plan is a light and fit greek yogurt for breakfast, low sodium chicken broth for lunch, and more broth or half a turkey sandwich for supper. Tonight is clearly an indulgence day as I've eaten a huge breakfast and am going out for sushi for my birthday.
I see all of these successful skinny people on TV, characters though they may be, but the actresses are still the size I want to be. For instance, 30 Rock- Avery Jessop said "I get four hours of sleep a night and eat 1200 calories a day." If I could get down to 1200 calories plus get on an exercise routine that I can keep to I will get down to a healthy weight, and hopefully, the lowest healthy BMI for my height. I miss being thin, though I was unhealthy. I wish I had the willpower to eat 600 Cal a day everyday. How do the anorexics do it? Guh. I used to be obsessed with biking and walking and eating as little as possible while drinking gallons of sugar free rockstars and redbulls. I have a pair of jeans from when I weighed 130 and it is my dream to fit into them by the time I get married. I want to be down a pant size by Christmas, and two pant sizes by Valentines Day.... I can't do it if I don't make a change.
