I'm finished. I'm 30 lbs lighter. After going through some rough patches around 171-168 I'm losing weight at a very good pace. I need to be careful as I transition to weight maintenance. I'll start upping my calories by 100 calories a week until I level off. From my understanding the hard part has just begun.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1534 kcal Fat: 43.98g | Prot: 62.12g | Carb: 208.86g.   Breakfast: oatmeal, Lowfat All Natural Plain Yoghurt. Lunch: Belgian White Beer, Flame Grilled Veggie Burgers, Western Health 7-Grain Bread, Cheddar Cheese. Dinner: Olive Oil, Whole Wheat Pasta. Snacks/Other: Dried Prune, peanut butter, banana. more...
