Well I wasn't expecting that. I did have a few banana chip yesterday (high carb) maybe it's some water weight???? I really want to pack my scale to see how I do this week. But that is not going to happen. I guess i"ll just have to wait until Friday. With all the walking and good plan Ihave I hope to be down.
