Planned my exercise ahead of time, already done the weight training, my work is definitely housework, 30 minutes at the gym elliptical, the Tangled workout game, which averages to 45 minutes of home calisthenics, and I am guessing I'll spend two hours studying and doing homework (subject to increase). I already regret my breakfast, but the dramatic calorie decrease isn't easy... baby steps. However all is not lost, I can still make calorie for the day by sticking to veggies and low-cal meals for lunch and dinner. Hopefully the restaurant has good salads! My sorority is going out to celebrate my and 2 other birthdays tonight. The other saving grace is that with my exercise plan for the day, I will be burning at least twice as many calories as I will be taking in, even if I go over a little. I've got to say, cooking for my fiance and me is more difficult than expected as he is trying to gain weight and I am trying to lose it. His ROTC tri-weekly PT really hinders his weight gain as he has high metabolism... #jealous.
