DAY 4:
I CAN DO THIS! I WILL GET IN THAT DRESS, THOSE JEANS, THOSE SLACKS AND THAT SHIRT THAT I BOUGHT ON LINE THAT I HAVE NEVER WORN.....that is what I keep tell myself. I have never been this size. I was a soldier for 8 years and feel so ashamed that I allowed myself to gain all this weight. I blame myself. No tragedy, sickness, nothing. Just me being lazy.....that ended 4 days ago.
I have been living in the fat body to long. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!
